James had been in Haven Home several years ago, but had to leave for disciplinary reasons. He reentered when he was in Standard 6 and has done very well. His mother is developmentally disabled and James has mostly lived with other family members. There are three boys and one girl in his family and all the boys have been able to go to school. His favorite activity is soccer and his favorite food is meat although he also really likes milk and Githiri (corn and beans). On breaks he helps his grandma carry firewood.
